I've found G.E.M. Precision Plumbing when I was looking to replace my old leaking water heater.  I was considering switching to new "Green" Tankless Water Heater.  G.E.M. Precision Plumbing is listed as a "Platinum" service provider on Noritz's website.

I called, Greg Markley, the owner answered and we schedule a "Free" onsite assessment of my water heating situation, and Greg promptly provided a quotation the very next day.  From our conversations, Greg indicate that he did most commercial and restaurants plumbing related works, as well as installing Noritz tankless water heater.  

Greg recommend the proper location for the tankless water heater.  He uses commercial grade materials at a fair price.  It took two days to tear down the old pipes, re-pipe water plumbing, run a new gas line to the water heater, install the water heater, and remove the old water heater.  Everything was done at a "Above Expectation" professional plumber's workmanship.

One of my friend in the restaurant business stop by and saw the way Greg has installed the Tankless water heater, and was very impress by the work.  My friend indicate that Greg's work would pass commerical building inspectors. His price was not the cheapest, but it was definitely worth his years of experience, skills, and workmanship.
